Chatbots people can actually trust
Most support chatbots fail the same way. They sound confident, they cite nothing, and the first time one invents a refund policy the whole team stops trusting it. The technology wasn’t the problem — the architecture was.
BotForge is built the other way round. Retrieval comes first, the model is given only what your content actually says, and every answer arrives with its sources attached. When there’s nothing relevant to retrieve, the bot declines and offers a human. That’s a less impressive demo and a far more useful product.
